The Casa Rinaldi asparagus risotto is smooth on the palate and the flavour is delicate and harmonious. A must have first course of the spring period when asparagus is in season. The grain of parboiled rice absorbs less fat, is particularly digestible and does not clump together. In cooking it has a modest release of starch and a wide intake of aromas and flavours.
